 River In My Backyard: Sleeps up to 8 with 3-bedrooms, 2-full baths. This home brings back those Huckleberry Finn memories of enjoying a lazy drifting river on a warm sunny day.  You too can relax and watch the ducks, geese, swans and occasional seagull (as we are less than ½ a block to the ocean,) float by. This green grassy lawn is private to the home and edges the river. There is a small public access path between the downstairs fenced-off deck with many padded lounge chairs and two tables and a charcoal Weber BBQ and the privately fenced-in grassy lawn area.
